It’s Inauguration Day in the US, so here’s a politician’s answer: yes & no; it depends.
It kinda depends on the wine. In general, no, do not get your hopes up for that $2 cab from Trader Joe’s knocking your socks off. And, it’s ok to have a REALLY nice bottle and not actually like it.
